Orders & Dispatch
How fast do you dispatch orders?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During peak periods (sales, drops, holidays), dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled due to transaction and processing fees incurred.
If you contact us immediately after ordering, we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
Shipping
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide with tracked delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Perth Metro: 1–3 business days
- WA Regional: 2–6 business days
- Interstate Metro (major cities): 2–6 business days
- Interstate Regional: 3–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays and peak periods.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes — all orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us,
re-shipping fees may apply.
What if my parcel is delayed or missing?
If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us at
orders@bisy.com.au
and we’ll assist with tracking and carrier enquiries. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes and carrier handling are outside our direct control.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
No — Bisy does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping.
Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes — we may offer an exchange for store credit (gift card) or another product (subject to availability and approval).
A restocking fee and/or return shipping fee may apply.
What condition must items be returned in?
All returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days and items must be returned in the same condition received.
- New items (New / New With Tags / Deadstock) must be unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Secondhand/vintage items must be returned in the same condition received, with no additional wear, washing, odours, alterations, stains, or damage.
Returns will be rejected if items show signs of wear, washing, odour (including smoke/perfume), staining, creasing, or damage.
Authenticity
Are your items authentic?
Yes — all items sold by Bisy are authentic. We take authenticity seriously and apply strict screening processes, particularly for high-risk categories.
Do authenticity checks affect returns?
For commonly counterfeited items (including sneakers, designer brands, Essentials Fear of God, Geedup and other high-risk brands),
an additional authentication fee may apply during the return/exchange process. Where applicable, this will be communicated during the return process.
