Shipping Policy

Bisy ships Australia-wide with tracked delivery. We aim to dispatch orders quickly and keep you updated every step of the way.


Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak periods (sales, drops, holidays), dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled due to transaction and processing fees incurred.


Shipping within Australia

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Perth Metro: 1–3 business days

  • WA Regional: 2–6 business days

  • Interstate Metro (major cities): 2–6 business days

  • Interstate Regional: 3–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays and peak periods.


Click & Collect (if applicable)

If Click & Collect is available, it will appear as an option at checkout.
You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.


Delivery & authority to leave

All parcels are shipped with tracking. Some deliveries may be eligible for “Authority to Leave” depending on the carrier.

Bisy is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier where an Authority to Leave has been selected.


Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply.


Lost, delayed, or missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at orders@bisy.com.au and we will assist with tracking and carrier enquiries.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes and carrier handling are outside our direct control.


Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email orders@bisy.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the parcel damage

  • photos of the item(s)

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
