Refund & Returns Policy
At Bisy, we stand behind every item we sell. Please read the below carefully before purchasing.
Change of mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size, colour, or simply deciding you no longer want the item.
Faulty / incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
✅ If approved, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping.

Exchanges (fit / sizing)
If an item does not fit, we may offer an exchange for:

store credit (gift card), or
-
another item available in-store/online (subject to stock)
A restocking fee and/or return shipping fee may apply.
Return condition requirements
All return/exchange requests must be lodged within 14 days and items must be returned in the same condition received.
New items (New / New With Tags / Deadstock) must be returned:

unworn / unused
-
with original tags attached
-
with original packaging (including shoe box where applicable)
Returns will be rejected if items show signs of wear, washing, odour (including smoke/perfume), staining, creasing, or damage.
Secondhand / vintage items must be returned:

in the same condition received

with no additional wear, washing, alterations, odours, stains, or damage
Authentication checks
For commonly counterfeited items (including sneakers, designer brands, Essentials Fear of God, Geedup and other high-risk brands), an additional authenticity check fee may apply during the return/exchange process.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed due to transaction and processing fees incurred.
